PIT BITS MAY SEPT 14/26 *Well its  that
time of year again, Racer Appreciation Breakfast and Wall of Fame inductions.
And like every other year we hope those that have contributed will do so again,
as well as anyone new. As in the past we will have pancakes, Bacon and Coffee,
and as in the past what ever else the pot luck style breakfast brings forward.
We will be putting Mike Code, Dick Stanton, and Tim Kavanagh on the wall of fame
as they will join many others who have played a part in Luskville Dragway but
are no longer with us. *This weekend is the John Scotti National Open which will feature more wheel standing launches that you have ever seen as the Super Stockers roll into Luskville Dragway. If last season race is any guide we will see cars from Ontario, Quebec and the East Coast of Canada where the Stock/ Super Stockers are king. *While Mayhem in the Mountains was going on, a number of Luskville Dragway regulars where out of town racing at Empire Dragway, and Nic Poirier was on his way down south for his second drag and drive event of the season. The Luskville Team of Super Pro racers which was made up of Terry Miron, Russ Adams, Cody Levasseur, Jamie Clarmo, and team Bellefeuille. On another front Nostalgia Regular at Luskville Dragway Kevin Pelletier was once again crowned the points Champion at Shannonville Dragway. Some of the boys did quite well getting down to some final rounds including Cody on Sunday in the 20 grander, where he got down to 6 cars and got beat by another Canadian Racer Matt Constable out of Toronto. |

FOSSE SEPT 14/26 *Eh bien, c'est de nouveau cette période de l'année : le petit-déjeuner d'appréciation des pilotes et l'intronisation au Temple de la renommée. Comme chaque année, nous espérons que ceux qui ont contribué à cet événement seront de retour, ainsi que les nouveaux venus. Au menu : crêpes, bacon et café, et, comme toujours, un petit-déjeuner partagé avec chacun son plat. Nous introniserons Mike Code, Dick Stanton et Tim Kavanagh au Temple de la renommée, rejoignant ainsi de nombreuses autres personnalités qui ont marqué l'histoire du Luskville Dragway et qui nous ont quittés. *Ce week-end, ne manquez pas le John Scotti National Open, qui promet des départs en wheeling spectaculars avec l'arrivée des Super Stockers au Luskville Dragway. Si l'on se fie à la saison dernière, nous verrons des voitures venues de l'Ontario, du Québec et de la côte Est du Canada, où les Stock/Super Stockers règnent en maît  res.Pendant que le Mayhem in the Mountains battait son plein, plusieurs habitués du Luskville Dragway participaient à des courses à l'Empire Dragway, et Nic Poirier se dirigeait vers le sud pour sa deuxième compétition de dragsters de la saison. L'équipe Super Pro de Luskville était composée de Terry Miron, Russ Adams, Cody Levasseur, Jamie Clarmo et de l'équipe Bellefeuille. Par ailleurs, Kevin Pelletier, un habitué des courses Nostalgia au Luskville Dragway, a de nouveau été sacré champion au Shannonville Dragway. |

| MAYHEM IN THE
MOUNTAINS MET WITH APPLAUSE AND GREAT WEATHER: SEPT 14/26 With the fog hang  ing over the track, but the sun peaking
through it was easy to see that today was going to be a great day, as sunshine
was the call for the rest of the day. Gates opened early and racers started
coming in early
anticipating what we all felt would be a BIG DAY. Martin Dulac
from Timmins Ontario hauled all the way to try and take home the coveted King of
the Street title with his late model Camaro. By 12:00 noon there was already a
large number of cars and bikes and this gave an indication of just how big this
thing was going to be. So right off the bat a shot was fired as Martin Dulac and
Steve Rasia ran their absolute best e.t. ever setting the stage for what would
turnout to be a record setting afternoon. So as the afternoon wore on we heading
to that 5 o'clock cut off time and here are the winners: Martin Dulac, Timmins,
Ontario fastest Outlaw on the property with a 9:17 148.90. Fastest domestic
street driven car Remi Dion from Gatineau with a 9.762 @ 138.59. Fastest Import
was Maxim Proulx from Gatineau with a 10.06 146.38. Steve Rasia the local
boy from Nepean took top spot for the bikes with wild 8.679 at 153.51. Top Truck
with to Gordy Wagner from Petawawa who laid down 12.12 at only 111 mph.
Then it was time for the cruise night and the anticipation for the Burnout and
Two step competition. First up was Alexander Marquis who not only did a starting
line two step show but continued all the way down the track. The burnout contest
was Daniel Scott in a Honda, yep first time ever but the crowd loved it and they
where the judge and jury. With one of the last burnout cars going all the way to
the 1/4 Mile at the same time the fireworks went off it sort of capped the show.
So that's a wrap, racing went on until 10 pm and to
say the first ever Mayhem in the Mountains was a success would be putting it
mildly. Bring on 2027

| LE CHAOS DANS LES
MONTAGNES ACCUEILLI SOUS LES APPLAUDISSEMENTS ET UN TEMPS MAGNIFIQUE : 14/26
SEPTEMBRE Malgré le brouillard qui enveloppait la piste, le soleil perçait à peine, annonçant une journée mémorable. Le soleil était d'ailleurs au rendez-vous pour le reste de la journée. Les portes ont ouvert tôt et les pilotes ont commencé à arriver de bonne heure, impatients de vivre ce qui s'annonçait comme une journée exceptionnelle. Martin Dulac, de Timmins (Ontario), avait fait le déplacement pour tenter de remporter le titre tant convoité de « Roi de la Rue » avec sa Camaro Late Model. À midi, un grand nombre de voitures et de motos étaient déjà présentes, laissant présager l'ampleur de l'événement. Dès le départ, Martin Dulac et Steve Rasia ont réalisé leurs meilleurs temps, annonçant un après-midi qui allait marquer l'  histoire. L'après-midi
approchant, nous nous dirigions vers l'heure limite de 17 h. Voici les gagnants :
Martin Bulac, de Timmins (Ontario), a réalisé le meilleur temps en catégorie
Outlaw avec 9 min 17 s à 239,4 km/h. La voiture de rue américaine la plus rapide
était celle de Remi Dion, de Gatineau, avec un temps de 9 min 762 s à
223,2 km/h. Maxim Proulx, également de Gatineau, a réalisé le meilleur temps en
catégorie Import avec 10 min 06 s à 235,4 km/h. Steve Rasia, le pilote local de
Nepean, a remporté la première place chez les motos avec un temps impressionnant
de 8 min 679 s à 247,2 km/h. Gordy Wagner, de Petawawa, a remporté la catégorie
Truck avec un temps de 12 min 12 s à seulement 179,6 km/h. Ensuite, place à la
soirée de balades et à l'excitation du concours de burnouts et de danse
endiablée. Alexander Marquis a ouvert le bal avec une démonstration de danse
endiablée dès le départ, qu'il a poursuivie tout au long de la piste. Le
concours de burnouts était organisé par Daniel Scott au volant d'une Honda. Eh
oui, une grande première ! Le public a adoré et a fait office de jury. Voilà, c'est fini ! Les courses ont continué jusqu'à 22h et dire que cette première
édition de Mayhem in the Mountains a été un succès serait un euphémisme.
Vivement 2027 !

*Things never sit still for long at Luskville Dragway!
For anyone coming into the
track last weekend, one of the first things you would have noticed was the huge
improvement to our big new garage. After working through A big THANK YOU to Shawn Belanger, owner of
Belanger Enterprises, for doing such a great job finishing the tin and helping
bring this project to the next level. If you're looking for a company to handle
your exterior finishing, we would highly recommend Belanger Enterprises to
anyone and everyone! Support those who support us! |

FOSSE SEPT 7/26 À Luskville Dragway, l'activité ne s'arrête jamais ! Si vous êtes passés sur la piste le week-end dernier, vous avez sans doute remarqué l'amélioration spectaculaire de notre nouveau garage. Après avoir obtenu le permis de servitude auprès de la municipalité – et il faut dire que la municipalité de Pontiac a été d'une aide précieuse – nous avons pu nous atteler aux finitions. L'entreprise Belanger Enterprises a été chargée de tous les travaux de finition extérieure, y compris les murs et le toit, et le résultat est exceptionnel. Le garage prend vraiment forme ! Il ne reste plus qu'à installer la porte principale et à couler la dalle de béton, travaux qui seront réalisés par Kyle Jessup de Precision Concrete. Nous avons toujours à cœur de soutenir ceux qui nous soutiennent, et nous sommes ravis du travail accompli par Shawn Belanger et son équipe. Un grand MERCI à Shawn Belanger, propriétaire de Belanger Enterprises, pour l'excellent travail de finition et pour avoir permis à ce projet de franchir une nouvelle étape. | FALL BRACKET NATIONALS
MISSING SOME BIG NAMES BUT SHOW WAS POWERFUL JUST THE SAME:
SEPT 7/26 As we headed into the final Super Tour race for Luskville Dragway in 2026, we where unsure just how big and how good it would be, as a number of regular super tour drivers had opted out, and had headed to Norwalk for one of Biondo's Flings. Well the answer was very quick and very decisive as many of new Northern 
Ontario Cars filled the vacancy making for a Great Show for all those that came.
Friday continued to see cars rolling in and things got exciting when the
gamblers race got underway at 5 p.m. Results where not as fast as one would have
like as a number of things slowed the process including some brief showers and a
big clean up from a breakage. However things did wrap up under the lights with
Ashley Muttart beating Steve Douquette in the Semi Pro Finals. Super Pro would
see two dragsters go too the line with Fred Anger coming out on the losing side
with Cody Levasseur.Saturday was to dawn Bright and Sunny! and it did kind of, at least there was no rain, and there was no rain all day and that made for the program to move along at a very nice pace. So with two time shots for all, it was into eliminations by  11
am and by 5.30 150 entries had there chance at getting to the winners circle,
but only three did. Jr Dragsters saw Hayley Anger take the big win and the big
check for $500. over Logan Anger. Semi Pro would see Dominic Germaine beat up on
Patrick Proulx for all the marbles, plus $2000. Super Pro was the big story once
again with Kyle Jessup coming out on top of Jonathan Cormier for the $5000.
Check. Special awards went to Miguel Nadeau for the Luc Godmaire $100. Quick
Draw Award, Dominic Germaine for the Prevost Performance $100 best reaction time
award. Two Days Down one to go. With Sunday came more sunshine and even nicer
temperatures as with out question this Sunday was one of the best days of the
year. This of course helped things run very smoothly with everything wrappiing
up by 4.30 in the day. But it was a day full of excitement to say the least as
Derek had the track set up on Kill, which saw some of the WILDEST
wheel stands the track has EVER seen. Tom Clime, put his and Brian Swayne's car
into what was the biggest wheel stand the track has EVER seen carrying them
almost to the 330 mark before Tom took his foot out of it. This is a wheel stand
that is currently all over you tube. Getting down to the winners the Belanger
Back To School Bonus bucks went to Maverick Anger who took the win over
Emy Roberge, but every single kid was paid out at Least $100. for their efforts
thanks to Shawn Belanger. Semi Pro would see Sasha Leblanc take his second win
of the year over Gabe Jensen in the finals of Semi Pro. Jamie Clarmo was a very
popular winner as he took the super pro win over Fred Anger and his Nova.
Dominic Germain was the winner of the Prevost Performance $100 best reaction
time. The Jr. Dragster best reaction time went to, Special $200.Eastwood Canada
Gift certificates where handed out to 10 different drivers as well. |

| Championnats
nationaux d'automne : quelques grands noms absents, mais un spectacle toujours
aussi impressionnant : 7 septembre 2026 À l'approche de la dernière course du Super Tour de 2026 à Luskville Dragway, l'enjeu était de taille, car plusieurs pilotes habituels avaient déclaré forfait pour participer à l'un des Biondo's Flings à Norwalk. La réponse fut rapide et sans appel : de nombreuses nouvelles voitures du nord de l'Ontario ont comblé les absences,  offrant
un spectacle exceptionnel à tous les spectateurs. Vendredi, les voitures ont
continué d'affluer et l'excitation est montée d'un cran avec le départ de la
course des parieurs à 17 h. Les résultats n'ont pas été aussi rapides qu'espéré,
ralentis par divers imprévus, dont quelques averses et un important nettoyage
suite à une casse. La compétition s'est toutefois conclue sous les projecteurs
par la victoire d'Ashley Muttart sur Steve Douquette en finale semi-professionnelle.
En Super Pro, deux dragsters s'élancèrent sur la ligne de départ, Fred Anger
s'inclinant face à Cody Levasseur.Le samedi matin s'annonçait radieux et ensoleillé ! Et ce fut plus ou moins le cas : pas de pluie du tout, ce qui permit au programme de se dérouler à un rythme idéal. Avec deux manches chronométrées pour tous les  participants,
les éliminatoires commencèrent à 11 h et à 17 h 30, 150 concurrents avaient eu
leur chance de monter sur le podium, mais seuls trois y parvinrent. En Jr
Dragsters, Hayley Anger remporta la victoire et le chèque de 500 $ face à Logan
Anger. En Semi Pro, Dominic Germaine domina Patrick Proulx et empocha la
victoire et les 2 000 $. En Super Pro, Kyle Jessup s'imposa face à Jonathan
Cormier et remporta le chèque de 5 000 $. Un prix spécial de 100 $ fut remis à
Miguel Nadeau, le prix Luc Godmaire. Prix du Tir Rapide, Dominic Germaine pour
le prix Prevost Performance de 100 $ récompensant le meilleur temps de réaction.
Deux jours de passés, il en reste un. Dimanche a apporté un soleil radieux et
des températures encore plus agréables, faisant de ce dimanche l'une des plus
belles journées de l'année. Cela a bien sûr contribué au bon déroulement des
opérations, tout se terminant à 16h30. Mais ce fut une journée riche en émotions,
c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire, car Derek avait préparé la piste sur Kill, où
l'on a assisté à certains des wheelin gs
les plus impressionnants jamais vus sur le circuit. Tom Clime a réalisé le plus
grand wheeling jamais vu sur la piste avec sa voiture et celle de Brian Swayne,
les propulsant à près de 330 mètres avant que Tom ne relâche l'accélérateur. Ce
wheeling est actuellement partout sur YouTube. Quant aux gagnants, le bonus de
rentrée scolaire Belanger a été remporté par Maverick Anger, qui a devancé Emy
Roberge, mais chaque enfant a reçu au moins 100 $ pour ses efforts grâce à Shawn
Belanger. En Semi Pro, Sasha Leblanc a remporté sa deuxième victoire de l'année
face à Gabe Jensen en finale. Jamie Clarmo a remporté la victoire en Super Pro
face à Fred Anger et sa Nova, un succès très apprécié du public. Dominic Germain

process with the municipality — and we have to say, the Pontiac Municipality was
absolutely great to work with — it was full steam ahead to get the finishing
touches completed. Belanger Enterprises was contracted to handle all of the
exterior finishing, including the walls and roof, and they did an outstanding
job. The garage is really starting to come together! Now, all that remains is
the installation of the main garage door and the poured concrete floor, which
will be completed by Kyle Jessup of Precision Concrete.
