Facts Jacob is 7 years old and just started racing in June of this year. His fastest run was 58 mph, his first time down the track. Jacob's goal this season is to attend as least two weekend races a month and have fun learning how to race. He has enjoyed meeting new friends at the track. His racing buddies so far are Kenyon, Justin, Kyle, Mike and Chevy. Jacob wants to tell Arnie that FORD RULES! After a rocky first couple of weekend races and a few bent front axle components Jacob was able to get his Screamin' Eagle Jr.Dragster to the victory circle July 9 06. An unknowing Jacob was not told he had won until it was time to take his picture. "Why are we standing here in the winners area" Jacob said. "Did we win?" An excited little boy then decided that racin' was cool. Then on Aug 5 with a 4th place finish in the Bracket Bonanza Jacob's season winnings grew yet again. On Aug 16 Jacob has decided that he will be donating his mid season prize money, $45.00 to the Tim Horton Children's Foundation in Quyon Qc. He has decided that he is very fortunate and would like to help some other kids. "I don't need another Game Boy game so this money might help send some kids to camp to have some fun like I am having driving my dragster." say's Jacob.
